Courier rider calls you before arriving. Have cash ready if COD.
Delivered ✓
Your boutique order arrives at your doorstep. Open packaging carefully — we love photos!
Important Notes
- Orders placed before 2 PM are dispatched same day
- Friday/Sunday orders are dispatched on Monday
- Delivery to remote areas may take 1–2 extra days
- If courier fails to deliver after 3 attempts, order is returned to us and refund initiated
- Cash on Delivery (COD) available everywhere in Pakistan — no extra charge
Returns & Exchange
We want you to love what you order. If something isn't right, our 7-day return policy makes it easy to send it back.
Return Window
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After 7 days, returns are no longer eligible.
What Can Be Returned

- ✅ Defective or damaged items (full refund + free pickup)

- ❌ Stitched suits (we customize to your measurements)
- ❌ Items damaged due to misuse
- ❌ Custom or made-to-order pieces
How to Return

- Share your order ID and reason for return
- We'll arrange free pickup from your address (defective/wrong items) OR send you a return address
- Once we receive and inspect, refund processed within 3–5 business days
- Refund returns to your original payment method (EasyPaisa/JazzCash/Card/Bank)
Exchange Policy
Want a different size or design? Exchanges follow the same 7-day window. We'll send the new item once the original arrives back to us. Customer pays return shipping for exchanges (Rs. 250).

Our ladies suits are unstitched 3-piece sets — you can stitch them to your exact size at home or via a local tailor. Here's a standard measurement guide.

How to Measure Yourself
- Bust: Measure around fullest part of bust, keeping tape parallel to floor
- Waist: Measure around narrowest part of waist (usually 1 inch above belly button)
- Hip: Measure around fullest part of hips
- Shirt length: Measure from shoulder to where you want the kameez to end
- Sleeve length: From shoulder seam to where sleeve ends
Need Stitching?
We offer custom stitching for an additional Rs. 1,200 per suit. Just message us on WhatsApp with your measurements after placing the order.

All orders are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion (rare cases: pricing errors, fraud, stock issues). If we cancel, you receive a full refund.
3. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) inclusive of all taxes
- Prices may change without notice — we honor the price shown at time of order
- Payment due at time of order (or COD at delivery)
4. Product Information
We make every effort to display accurate colors and details. However, monitor calibration may cause slight color variations. Handmade items naturally vary slightly.
5. Intellectual Property
All product photos, designs, and content on this site belong to Rise Up Boutique. Don't copy without permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
We're not responsible for damages caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, or events outside our control (natural disasters, courier accidents).
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Disputes resolved in Lahore courts.
